Anne-sophie Margulis is a lawyer, admitted to the Paris Bar.
She read Health Product Industries Law (Master 2) at the Paris V Descartes University.
She has developed a specific expertise on regulatory rules relating to health products (placing on the market, advertising, clinical study, etc.), relationships between health industries and healthcare professionals (anti-gift legislation and transparency). She is also in charge of litigations relating to health product liability. She works in both French and English.
